R&DA has done training to the military since 1949.  We share our knowledge with the military to meet their needs, to convey state of the art advances, to improve their job performance, etc.  Almost all of the classes that we have run since 1993 have been conducted by PhD instructors.  R&DA is a partner will several universities and meets with them 2-3 times per year.  Our past focus was to conduct classes about 1-2 times per year.  Also each class was tailored for a specific need.  R&DA meetings have been certified for educational credit for professionals who need to take x amount of instruction to keep their license, professional certification, etc.   

We have recently contracted with E. H. Manley and Associates to  increase our scope and reach to provide career enhancing training with certification to the military and civilian sectors.  Certification is required to allow career military to add the training to their official files and later to have some professional accreditation to obtain post military employment.  In the civilian sector, we recognize that certifications also provide the building blocks to a successful career.
