The Credentialing program requires members to have at least 1-year of
service commitment remaining on their contract to participate in the program.
If they intend to reenlist, we'll need some form of documentation showing the
member has intent to reenlist/extend.
A special request chit or memo from the command career counselor or
reenlistment paperwork will do.

The special request chit can be as simple as:
"Respectfully request to participate in Navy-funded Credentialing Program, with
intent to reenlist/extend to meet 1 year requirement"
Once you gather the reenlistment documentation, please send your voucher request
with the approved special request chit to the Voucher Office at the fax number
above.
If we do not receive the required paper work, you will not be funded under the
Navy Credentials program.
